Case Study
Creative Agency Office Commercial Painting
A leading creative agency relocating to a converted Fitzrovia warehouse required a complete paint transformation of their new 3,000 square foot open-plan office. The brief called for a bold, brand-aligned colour scheme across feature walls, meeting rooms, and a reception area, all delivered within a tight ten-day fit-out schedule.
The Challenge
The agency needed to be fully operational by a fixed launch date, meaning the painting programme had to dovetail precisely with electricians, joiners, and furniture installers working simultaneously. The exposed brick walls required specialist treatment, and several feature walls demanded a perfectly uniform spray finish in deep saturated colours that are notoriously difficult to apply evenly.
Our Approach
We produced a detailed phased programme that coordinated with all other trades on site, ensuring each area was painted and dry before the next trade moved in. Exposed brickwork was sealed with a stabilising solution before receiving a matte clear coat to preserve its texture while preventing dust. Feature walls were spray-finished using HVLP equipment for a flawless, even colour, while general walls and ceilings were rolled in Dulux Trade Diamond Matt for durability in a high-traffic commercial environment.
The Result
The agency opened on schedule to a workspace that perfectly reflects their creative identity. The deep navy feature wall in the main studio has become a backdrop for client presentations, and the reception area in the agency's signature coral makes an immediate impression on visitors.
Products Used
“They understood our brand from the first meeting and delivered a space that genuinely inspires our team. The spray finish on the feature walls is gallery-quality, and they hit every deadline despite the chaos of a live building site.”
